We are happy to submit any insurance forms for you in order to recover the most from your benefits. We will also do everything we can to help you afford any treatment you need and want. For those patients who require major work, we can design a complete payment plan with an appropriate payment schedule, or refer you to one of our many specialist colleagues. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Visa, or Mastercard.
